Dinata is a text-to-speech application specifically crafted to assist individuals dealing with various speech disabilities or impairments, enabling them to communicate through the app. Primarily designed for conditions affecting the voice or vocal cords, such as hoarseness, laryngectomy patients, and individuals with hearing issues, stuttering, mutism, autism, and other voice disorders like aphasia, spasmodic dysphonia, stroke, ALS, Cerebral Palsy, or traumatic brain injury.

This text-to-speech tool offers a simple and rapid means of communicating via the device using different interactive modes. Users can either type out text freely or choose from a selection of predefined phrases that the device will then vocalize, facilitating communication with others.
